1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," or "Player") and playphp ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the playphp website located at playphp.biz and all related services, games, features, and content made available thereon (collectively, "the Services").

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the playphp platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. playphp conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. 8. Intellectual Property

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player through their verified payment method.
